C&C Buildings of Concord

I purchased a used building from Graceland portable homes on May 23, 2013. I was explained that Graceland warrants their new or used buildings for 3 years. The 3 year warranty starts from the day you purchase a new or used building. The building also carries a limited lifetime warranty on all treated wood products. A 25 year warranty on the shingles or metal roof products. Between 7 and 9 sheets of the siding has started to de-laminate. I have all the warranty information which clearly shows the warranty. The lot where I purchased the building agrees with me but they don't do the repairs. It goes through regional or the Corporate office. Corporate says the building is only warranted for three years to the original purchaser and my warranty has expired. I would have not paid full price with no warranty. They agreed to replace the damage done by the mule in moving it and 1 piece of siding. I want all the damaged siding replaced. It is under warranty. I want it all fixed.
