C.C Exterior/Interorior Contractors: Clarence & Cordell Cooper

This company, C.C Exterior/Interorior Contractors installed a dome roof and a flat roof, the same building, for me at [redacted] St. Rochester, NY, in October 2009. Both of those roofs leaked after they completed the job. However, I had another contractor repair the dome roof. The flat roof has not stopped leaking, even thou C.C Exterior/Interorior has been back numerous times to make repairs over the last three years. I have continued to complain and called this company back. This roof still leaks. This leak is causing much damage to the ceiling, walls and the floor. Due this leak I have had to have the ceiling and wall repaired several times. The last time they returned to checked the roof was July, at which time they, [redacted] and [redacted] claimed that they would return but as yet have not returned and refuse to answer my contact.
