C.D. General Contractors

Review: We had a patio replaced. Cement dug up and new cement poured. C.D. General Contractors was paid in full for the service (in cash as requested) $2,500. The patio has dips in it and now retains water every time it rains. A lip was placed on one side which is totally messed up and all crumbly. Cement all over my white PVC fencing. It took me 7 hours to scrape and clean. I called numerous times more than 10 and my husband has called, we get no return calls. We were told by [redacted], owner, that he would be returning on the 18th of April to correct his problems, which he admitted to and he never called or showed up and has not been reachable since. I also do not think he is licensed as he represents since when I checked with the Attorney Generals Office they cannot find a license under his name or business.

Calls were made to owner ([redacted]) on April 12th, April 15th, April 16th, April 17th, April 18th, April 19th (NEVER RETURNED) Does Not answer cell or work phones.Desired Settlement: I would like the problem remedied due to the fact that I have standing water on my Patio. If he doesn't fix the problem, I would like to sufficient funds returned to get a reputable person in to fix the problem.
