I am writing this letter in response to complaint ID#*** in regards to Mr*** ***Wereceived Mr***'s statement on February 81\ and would like to provide additional information inresponseAdditionally, we spoke to Mr*** on February 81h, in attempt to
resolve his complaint.Mr*** was accepted and was attending our hour Regional Tractor Trailer program at The CDLSchoolThe total tuition was $3,however; The CDL School issued Mr*** a $tuition creditfor already obtaining his CDL A learner's permit and hours of classroom creditThe balance of $3,waspaid in full prior to his training.Mr*** attended hours of his program and had a remaining hours until completing his hours andtaking his scheduled New York State Skills Test (driving test)Mr*** was making progress in histraining and scoring to standards, however he told the instructors he was nervous and wouldn't be ready to takehis testHe requested to our admissions manager, MrsJamie Bernard, that he would like to take his driving testin an automatic transmission vehicleAt that time MrsBernard advised Mr*** he would have arestricted license and would be limited to driving only automatic transmission CDL vehiclesShe also advisedhim to continue with the training and if necessary take a private lesson for an additional chargeMr***then decided he wanted to cancel his training and purse a different career according to his cancellation letter.The desired settlement is "a full refund" or let Mr*** get his "license free"We are happy to reinstatehim, upon written request, and deliver his remaining hours of training and road testIf he chooses to take histest in an automatic transmission we can offer that option as wellIf he would like to proceed with a refund wewill process that according to our cancellation policy and unfortunately cannot give a "full refund" due to theamount of training he receivedI confirmed these outcomes with Mr*** on February 81h and it seemslike he would like to finish the remainder of his training in an automatic transmission vehicle.Should you need any additional information please do not hesitate to contact meI can be reached at (***
