C&E Nail & Skin Care

Yesterday, around 6:30PM I went to get a pedicure to C&E Nail & Skin Care. I asked for the$17.00. The man who did it was talking and laughing with his coworker right beside him all the time. He was not doing his job properly. I asked him to be careful with the skin clipper because I felt he was hurting me. He continued to do his job still talking and laughing. He did not follow all the steps he should. When he was starting to use the tool they use to clean my first heel, he did it in such a hard way that I asked him to be careful as I have sensitive skin. (1 1\2 years ago they literally opened a hole in my right foot for doing the same thing) After I asked him to be careful, I noticed he "pretended to clean" but he did not do it carefully. A moment later, he was already painting my nails ( only 18m. had passed)After he painted my first foot, he started painting my nails in the right one and because my left foot was interfering, he literally threw my foot on one side. He did not paint my big right toe well because he was not careful again. He finished a 1 hour process in 28m. they were closing at 7:00PM. This morning, I woke up to see that the sides of my big toes were hard, not clean. ( I have pictures), my heels were not clean too. I paid $17 in a credit card plus $2.00 cash as a tip for a job not well done. I went to this business at 3:30PM ( since I have a meeting in my congregation in the morning). I explained the situation and they told me to sit and that I was going to pay $5 more. I agreed and sat. However, 4 minutes later, the owner came out and said that I had to go in the morning, that I complained too much and that they were not going to do anything. I told him that 24 hours had not passed, but he insisted in me leaving. I went with an elderly person and both of us left. I also felt threatened by the owner, because he waved his arms in a threatening way from a 10 feet distance.[redacted]
