She also stated she didn't receive her $200 referral fee, but since the complaint was originally filed she has received it.The reason it took so long is because the person who she referred's account needed to be current before she could receive the $200 and it eventually was brought current. She had the option of cashing the $200 out or put it toward her outstanding balance to her account. She applied this $200 to her account balance. Since this complaint has been filed, there has been a domestic dispute at her apartment. This resulted in her boyfriend knocking down the front door causing $500 in damages, which she has been charged for and the police report has been filed by the property. And finally the property manager has allowed her out of her lease. It is unclear as of now if she is going to take that offer.
