I had Cedar Mill Group build an addition to my home, the addition was a master suite, with a full basement. During the construction, I spoke with the guy that was doing the digging for the foundation. I told him (I told him numerous times) about how the grading had to go. He told me he would take care of it. The basement flooded. 3 inches of water in the basement of the new addition ONLY. The rest of the homes basement is dry. I called Cedar Mill Group to come out and take a look. The (I assume it was the General Manager Geoff [redacted] had the contractor who did the grade work come to my home. He looked around the house and asked where the foundation drin was....? (When he was doing the work, he specifically told me he was tying into that drain.). He said he would be back and do something. He never showed up. So I called Geoff [redacted] from Cedar Mill Group and he came out. He also looked around and said he would be back and do something. Nothing had been done! it certainly appears that Cedar Mill Group is one of the business' that will tell you anything you want to hear, but in reality, once they finish the job, and take your money, they no longer want to know you...I am extremely disappointed that after spending so much money that I'm still left with a wet basement.
