Purchased an electronic item and during checkout was advised that payment would not be done by credit card but rather with a [redacted] card purchased at [redacted].com. Several videos are also shown to explain why this process is used which basically claim that this was a special promotion. Other things about the website should raise a red flag, including outrageous fees for shipping unless one accepted free shipping with delivery in 7 days or so. After placing the order with the [redacted] card emails were received from [redacted] at [email protected] advising that payment with the card had gone through OK and that I would received the merchandise in 7-9 days. When the expected delivery time passed I sent emails to [email protected] requesting a shipping status update but there was no response. I then tried calling (866) 467-5814 but no matter what time of day I called the phone is always busy. Celire.com obviously is ignoring all attempts to communicate with them after the order is placed and payment received. At this point I Googled Celire.com and found numerous complaints for Celire and Celire.com, including over three dozen on ripoffreports.com. Celire.com is a SCAM.
