Review: I purchased a replacement screen for an [redacted] 5. When I installed the screen, there were dead spots. They instructed me to mail the screen back and they would send me a replacement. I then mailed the screen back about 4 weeks ago. Since then, I emailed the company to ask if they had received the screen. He asked where I mailed it to and I told him that I mailed it to the return address on the box it came in. Since then, I have sent several emails and have called and left messages with them several times with no response. It has been three weeks since I have heard anything from them.Desired Settlement: I paid $47.90 for this screen and would like them to refund my money at this point.
