Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/06) */ Customer dropped the laptop months ago at our location and asked us to provide a quote to repair the LCD.Customer had not asked to repair just asked us to provide the quote We called the customer to provide the quote customer did not pick up the phone we called him more times and still no response from customer Customer called us out of nowhere after months and asked for the laptopIt takes more than 7-minutes to find his laptop because the laptop was dropped months ago and was only brought to be quoted not repaired so we did not created a sales entry .we need to find the laptop out of stacks of laptop we have As soon as I saw the letter from Revdex.com I called customer right away on June 25th at around 9:pm still no response from the customer I called customer again on Friday June 26th at 6:44pm and still no response from the customer If the customer does not pick up the phone after calling times ever since the laptop was dropped for quote I don't believe its our mistake If the customer was so concerned about the device why he did not pick up the phone and why customer did not come to the store even a single time in the store after he dropped the computer for quote months ago.If customer work was been delayed because of the laptop why it took customer more than months to call us? Why he did not call us before that or came to the store to find out about the laptop? Customer carelessness has resulted in this situation Customer service is and been our priority but when customer does not want to pick up the phone we can not help it Our store policy is to recycle the device if its not picked up within days after left for repair or quote We will go ahead and recycle the device since its way past days and customer does not picks up the phone neither come to the store how much ever time we call Thank you

up the phone we called him 2 more times and still no response from customer.
Customer called us out of nowhere after 3 months and asked for the laptop. It takes more than 7-10 minutes to find his laptop because the laptop was dropped 3 months ago and was only brought to be quoted not repaired so we did not created a sales entry .we need to find the laptop out of stacks of laptop we have.
As soon as I saw the letter from Revdex.com I called customer right away on June 25th at around 9:30 pm still no response from the customer . I called customer again on Friday June 26th at 6:44pm and still no response from the customer.
If the customer does not pick up the phone after calling 5 times ever since the laptop was dropped for quote I don't believe its our mistake.
If the customer was so concerned about the device why he did not pick up the phone and why customer did not come to the store even a single time in the store after he dropped the computer for quote 3 months ago.If customer work was been delayed because of the laptop why it took customer more than 3 months to call us? Customer service is and been our priority but when customer does not want to pick up the phone we can not help it.
Our store policy is to recycle the device if its not picked up within 30 days after left for repair or quote.
We will go ahead and recycle the device since its way past 30 days and customer does not picks up the phone neither come to the store how much ever time we call .
