Center Pizza

Review: We bought 2 pizzas, chicken wings, Shrimp and fries, a total of 79.00+. We have always bought our pizza from this place and this time the pizza and chicken wings was unacceptable. It was burnt from the bottom, the pizza was completely dry, the pizza was delivered 1 hour after I ordered it. We called to complain and asked for a refund. Refund was mentioned MANY times and after 45 minutes the store owner said he will refund only $20 even though our loss was more. We have waited 2 weeks and still no refund and so I decided to call today and he changed his mind to "store credit". I told him we will never eat there again due to poor customer service and poor quality of food. He was rude and said no store credit only and hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I just want a $20 refund. That's all I request. As a business owner I would assume his reputation would matter to him. If this will not be resolved, I will be spreading the word of poor business practice.
