I am buying a gmc somona witch has several issues with it in the one month since I have hade it it has had front end alignments ,upper control arm bushings replaced ,emerbreak worked on times,dash replaced,defrost vent replaced,speaker replaced,driver seat repaired,passenger seat repaired,gas tank leak,3rd break light repaired,tail pipe that was being held up by a bunge strap welded back up, and the trim peice around the tail gate latch installednow I had to take it to another shop to have it checked out witch it came back as the water pump leaking (repaired), upper control bushings bad (repaired).coil spring needs replaced(witch they wont do )bearings need grease ,and there was some thing else that I dont remember I had a car fax done that should no damage to the truck but in the right sun you can clearly see that the passenger side of the bed has been repaired the woman in the parts department has been rude, I was told when I bought the truck that it was factory lowered and now being told otherwise ,they refuse to give me my money back, and they do not have anything else on the lot that is good for what I docentral auto has been the bigest night mare of my life and they dont care ! I will add later going to call district attand channel on your side so hopefully nobody else gets done like this!

Review: I bought a truck in June 2013 from Central Auto Sales in cash. I was told that there was a one year warranty on the transmission and that my plates and title would be ready on the date of my temporary expiring. Well, it's August 2nd, my temp expired two weeks ago and I have yet to get the transmission paperwork. When I called no one would speak to me, they said I had to speak the the salesperson, [redacted] When I finally reached [redacted] 2 days after expiration, he told me "one more day won't kill you" and "i've been busy" and I even got "I was on vacation". He also told me that I had leeway of a few days after the temp runs out. Well, [redacted] of NJ says that if I had parked the truck in the street they could have IMPOUNDED IT and that I could have received tickets the day after expiration had I drove it. Was Central Auto Sales going to pay impound fees and tickets? I think not. Then [redacted] tells me, come in at 1pm on Friday and I will have all your paperwork and plates. I went in at 4pm and guess what, no plates, no paperwork, no answers. "[redacted] is so busy" and "there were 20 people there". Even the boss/manager was brushing me off. Then [redacted] says, "I will bring them to your house today". I get a call around 5pm stating he had my plates but the [redacted] registered my truck in the dealerships name. Why would the [redacted] register my vehicle with the dealerships name? Because the paperwork wasn't filed correctly by the dealership. They were so rude to me after I spent my hard earned money on a vehicle. The "oh well" attitude is the exact reason I will NEVER return to this dealership and I will advise others to follow my lead. Not too mention but there is still no GUARANTEED transmission warranty paperwork as well.Desired Settlement: I was advised by my lawyer to sue for damages if the transmission warranty ends up to be a false advertisement from the salesperson in order to persuade me to purchase the truck. The lawsuit would imply that the dealership pay for any transmission issues for as long as the warranty promises, which is one year.

For the extremely horrible customer service. I don't think that anything they could offer would get me back into that building.
