instructions per the patient's doctor. On Friday, 6/10/2016, Dr [redacted]'s office called to inquire about the missing eye drops. [redacted] tracked them and informed the office that they were in Corpus Christi and set up for delivery. For whatever reason, someone (the patient, the doctor, staff) decided additional prescriptions were needed from 1-11EB Pharmacy, even though, according to USPS trackingthe drops were already in Corpus Christi and , per the complaint, arrived the same day (Saturday) he picked up prescriptions from REB Pharmacy. We understand that anything we mail is subject to outside variables that we cannot control. We do everything in our power to eliminate or minimize those variables; for example, allowing ample time for delivery, timely delivery to the post office, tracking numbers, etc. I have been in business for over 25 years and this is the first complaint I have every received. It is not my intention, nor will it ever be, to take someone's money and not deliver the goods they purchased. The philosophy that the customer is always right is one that has served me well, but in this case, the patient knew the drops were in Corpus Christi and chose to purchase additional drops when all he had to do was wait for the mail to be delivered that day.
