I was informed approximately 3 months later the compressor was making a noise I informed Mrs. [redacted] to contact warranty company because all work must be done through them, she got very ugly on text and would not answer her phone.  They sent another company out from AHS and they deemed the compressor bad, she sent me model and serial number and TOLD me she needed the info for compressor warranty I informed that was the info they needed to get compressor replaced under manufacturer warranty, we do not purchase the compressors the home warranty does so we have nothing to do with it unless we are the company assigned to do the work that the other company was out to do.  I received several ugly text from Mrs. [redacted] and ask her not to contact us again. She still preceded to do so. the Freon we put in was used for those months and would not be covered by ANY WARRANTY FROM MANUFACTURER OR US. I understand her being upset but the compressor I installed was working perfectly when we completed job. The subsequent mechanical failure of compressor was not our fault as it was mechanical. in another text from Mrs. [redacted] she informed me we installed the wrong inside coil, AT NO TIME DID BISSETT PLUMBING INSTALL A COIL IN HER RESIDENCE.  [redacted]
