in need of a gas permit they charged me forCentral Ma was paid 60.00 and supposed to pull a permit PRIOPR to replacing my nstove in my kitchen at above address, they ssenty in paperwork after they service was done adn have been unable to giveme prtoof they paid or sent a check to the town... no permit app or fee has been received by the town/./I need to have a permit done and want a refudn of 60.00 so I can huire someone elseDesired Settlementa full refundBusiness Response To whom this may concern, The company was called to do a stove install / replacement. This was completed on 10/15/2014. On 10/15/2014 the gas permit application was filled out and sent out the same day to the address that is given on the Town of Clinton's web site. After a week Mrs. [redacted] called to inquire about the status of the permit and she was informed that we have not heard of anything and later found out that the town did not receive it because of the incorrect address posted on the town website. Mrs. [redacted] then demanded a refund of the 60.00 dollars in which a refund check went out the same day. About a week later the Town of Clinton cashed the original check and Mrs. [redacted] also cashed her refund check of 60.00 totaling $120.00 combined. After contacting the town I was informed that Mrs. [redacted] does not want any inspectors in her house. As far as I am concern I have done everything correct and only followed the instructions that was on the towns website and Mrs. [redacted] instructions. I have made every attempt to correct this problem but because of Mrs. [redacted] erratic behavior and threats I have withdrawn from any further actions with this coustomer.
