Review: [redacted] the owner of the business installed a new roof at my house. He indicated that he would perform the following items but has never done so and is now not responding to my requests1) Brace downspout2) Install missing siding piece3) Install gutter screensIn addition, there are now birds coming into the roof because the installation was not proper. Though the roof is still under warranty, [redacted] has not responded to requests of mine for him to correct the situation so critters or animals will not come in.Desired Settlement: Perform the corrective work indicated above.
