customer cannot be returned for a refund.  The client was unhappy with the products, but unfortunately they were not used as instructed.  They were to be used in conjunction with her other home care products she was using.  She informed us she was only using the  fruit acid,  serum, and nothing else.  This would indeed would be a problem.  Skin care products must be used for 8-12 weeks to see marked improvements.  I did do a consult with her, and did tell her that she would not see a major improvement due to her age, but that with daily use she would could possibly see healthier looking skin, however I did not know that she was going to stop using any type of moisturizer.   Unfortunately we do not get to go home with the client to make sure they are using the products correctly.                  We have been in business for 5 years and it is our policy that we do not give returns on open and used products.  We typically do a good job managing the clients concerns, expectations, and use of the skin care products.                  Attached is her email From: Central Wellness Website [mailto:[redacted]@webgrain.net] Sent: Friday, July 28, 2017 2:11 PMTo: [email protected]: Message from WebsiteName: [redacted]Email: [redacted]@hotmail.comPhone: [redacted] I am not happy with the 3 products I bought on Janine's advice on June 14th. I am accustomed to organic products containing very few ingredients. I see no improvement in my skin but rather more aged and dull skin. I made an investment of $251.00 mainly because she said my skin would be glowing for the pictures at my daughter's wedding on July 22nd. When I had my hydrafacial done on July 19th the aesthetician said the products take 12 wks to show improvement! I would like to return the 3 items which are more than half full and get a full refund if possible. Apparently, dermatologist facial care does not make my skin happy.
