We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Accent Homes We don't know what other people are complaining about, because like with any house there are no guarantees It is a bit bold to think you should still get warranty work years past your expiration date Things can go wrong with ANY home you buy, NEW or Old I think the problem might lie in the fact that customers who know nothing about building are building a home ***, ***, [redacted] and [redacted] have been wonderful How many builders do you get to talk to the owner directly? I am not going to lie, we have had some MINOR warranty issues and I have ALWAYS received a phone call back right away We are very happy with our home I can count on them to do what they are suppose to I understand if things get pushed back because WE understand that the world does not revolve around us A LOT of the time you are at the mercy of the SUBCONTRACTORS, NOT the Contractor himself Maybe some of the negative complaints are due to out of warranty and people think they are the only ones Accent has to do work for If you want to be babied you should look at multi-family homes where they do everything for you Have common sense when you read these reviews
