Review: Century took over the management of the building I live in on July *, 2013. Since they took over they charge me for electricity without providing the beginning and ending meter readings as well as the kilowatt per charge. I have sent an e-mail to them and also followed up with them by phone and to date I have not received an answer .Desired Settlement: I would like a complete reading from July *, 2013 to current bill cycle and the kilowatt I am being charged.
