Review: Cerulean Studios created a program, [redacted], which I use for my professional lifeThey offered this product as a cross platform (for [redacted] and for [redacted]) service which will save your chat logs and allow you to keep them online, log in from any computer, or manage your messaging service from any device
It has been one year and sixteen days since my initial complaint, wherein I pointed out that the [redacted] version of this product is drastically underperforming when compared to the [redacted] version of this productDespite this, [redacted] and [redacted] users pay the same fee for a lifetime membership, which I have paid them
To list a few of these complaints:
* The text of their program is unreadable due to it's brilliant color, and cannot be changed in the program settings
* The service does not support formatting in text; sharing any text with a colleague results in loss of italics, bold, or bullet points
* The service crashes frequently, typically within a half hour period of beginning use
* The resulting crash erases logs of the prior half hour or so from the [redacted] servers, which are supposed to save all of our chat history
I now receive subpar service from this company and all attempts to secure an answer as to when this will be fixed are brushed off with a promise of "future versions" of the programThis has been going on for over a year, as I said, and I am unable to get a satisfactory answer as to when they will address these issues.Desired Settlement: While I would appreciate an acknowledgement and apology of their mishandling of countless user accounts in this way, my highest priority is that they attend the problems at hand and fix these issues
