Problem communicating and getting things done.
I bought a new unit Nov. 2011, [redacted] brand. Started having problems with it freezing up. Service man came and insinuated I was keeping temp. too low. It never goes below 68, generally stays on 69-70. It did this three times. The breaker started kicking. I called again...they charged me a service call. Told me breaker was old and going out. I paid someone to come change the breaker. It still kicked. When I called, the owner he was unconcerend. Talked to my contractor who told him I had never caused a problem in all his work with me, tried to explain I was upset because it wasn't working properly, I never got any paperwork for the rebate I was supposed to get and I never got the gas credit either, again because of no paperwork. Never received the upgraded thermostat that I paid for. So, when the repairman came next he told me there was nothing wrong with the unit, tried to say the filter was dirty. I change my filter every 30 days, consistently. Said it was working. Again, it kicked the breaker. [redacted] came to my house and sat in my living room..said something was obviously wrong and he would get to the bottom of it. Said he wanted to call [redacted] and see what they suggest to look at. He came back next day and said it was a relay and they would order the part the next day. It took a couple of days, but the part supposedly did get ordered. To shorten a really long story, two weeks later, still no part. No one answering phone calls or returning calls. [redacted] said to feel free to call him any time. When I got no answer a couple of days in a row....I texted this morning. telling him I was more than frustrated because it kept kicking all night long..and I wanted to give him a heads up because I was going to fuss tomorrow. Again no response so about 3 pm I sent another message..to which I got a completely hateful and unprofessional message from him
