Review: I went to get a flat tire patched up here while I was working out of town/state and when they took my tire to take the rim off my wheel they used the wrong machine to do. The one employee even told me that their newer machine that would work on my tire was broke down but proceeded to try an take my rim off without notifying me. When they couldn't get it off they ask if it would be ok if they scratched my rim to get it off the tire and I said no way! so they took my tire off the machine and filled it with air again, but I noticed they had put a large deep gash in my rim already! Not only this, but I noticed that there were beer bottles laying everywhere and a guy filling up a cooler with more ice and beer. I could smell the alcohol on their breath when they talked to me and saw them drinking. Not only did they ruin my rim beyond repair since the cut is too deep, but they were drinking on the job not to mention some of the employees were underage and 16 years old. This is a very unsafe work environment and this store/company needs to be shut down.Desired Settlement: I would like compensation for my tire and rim since they ruined it without telling me they were using the incorrect machinery and also did not tell me there was a possiblility of scratching my rim until after they had already done so. After I had went in the shop to see the machinery they were using did I find the numerous beer bottle everywhere, whether they were half full or empty all over the shop. This establishment needs to be investigated and shut down for their poor safety hazards.
