Wow!  Do not where to start with the mistruths.  Dad drop her daughter off at 7:30 for practice, test, processing, take to tag, and back to school for a cost of $95.  We did practice her 30 minutes (lie number 1), she did pass the test and was processed.  At that point being...

finished about 8:20 we could have taken her to the downtown tag agency, takes about 15 minutes to get there, which I know opens at 8:30 (lie number two).   I know what time the tag agency open and even talked to the student about waiting until 9:00 to drive 1 mile down the street to the tag agency at Santa FE and 2nd street.  It would be quicker.  Talk to the student as we drove to tag agency and arrived at 9:01.  I know the time because it was not open but going to this tag agency regularly I know it does not open on time the majority of the time.  It takes about 20 to give a drive test so I decided to run back to the office and give the drive test and be back in about 20 minutes..  That is not the most common practice, we usually wait but was very busy and decided that was the best option to stay on time for the other drive test.  Arrive back at the tag agency at 9:27, (lie number 3), she waited about 26 minutes) pick up student and we are driving off.  Step-Dad pulls up tell him I did not know tag was not open because of Veterans day, which was the next day.  He tells me " things happen" and student get in car with Step-Dad and drives the 1 mile to Santa Fe  High School to drop off daughter.  Step-Dad comes back to driving school and I give him back $25.00.  His attitude is totally different talking about waiting 45 minutes in the freezing cold.  Temp was about 60 to 65, I was wearing a short sleeve shirt.  I would not have left her if I had know it was closed.  We practice her, tested her, process  her, took to the tag and would have taken her to back to school.  Any future question feel free to contact us. [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:There are absolutely no lies or untruths in my prior statements. It is certainly not a lie that the instructor dropped off a teenaged girl in an empty parking lot on a freezing day that the tag agency was closed. If you know the tag agency doesn't open on time on the best of days, one should take that into account when making the appointment. More than that, it is the responsibility of the business owner to ensure that he is able to offer the services paid for on days the appointments are made. This simply was not done. Scheduling conflicts should be taken into consideration prior to offering a service. Scheduling appointments too close together is fully preventable occurrence. The outside temperature on the day in question is easily provable, and I have attached documentation. Yes, he gave my husband back the $25 cash for the service he failed to perform, with no apology or offer to discount us for the inconvenience of having to pick up our daughter unexpectedly. There was also no thought or mention of how leaving a teenaged girl alone in a parking lot could have turned out badly. This particular business owner is simply irresponsible and takes no accountability for his reprehensible actions.
Sincerely,
