Champion Ribbons

Review: [redacted] ordered ribbons for our county fair last Aug. They were delivered on a Fri and some were missing. The rest came the following Monday after we had already started our fair cleanup and no one was in the office which required an extra 2 hour trip to get the ribbons.The ribbons did not have the correct information on them but we needed to use them anyway since our fair was three days away. When we notified Champion Ribbons about the misprinting, we eventually worked out a 10% refund on the price. Required a reminder and the check for $82.80 was finally received Oct 17. Deposited and bounced. Have had no response from them after multiple times of notifying them.We emailed them that we were going to file a complaint and still no response.Desired Settlement: We would like our refund check in the form of a money order. We are a non-profit and any money comes from fees paid by our youth.
