[redacted] is a total crook. Who would have thought this retired man would be such a liar and thief. Not only does he take your money without proper servicing of pool. he doesn't care or even listen to customer. I gave him my pool to clean up the algae. Gave into a new filter as he said this was the cause. When in fact, it was solely neglect by both prior pool company and this pool company. He yelled at me on several occasions. It was obvious he NEVER vacuumed the algae, he just just brushed it around. He did this right in front of me. I paid $285 first month including filter and extra chemicals. Only to return home to a water level below the tile and a greener pool than prior to his start. I was scammed for an additional $85 for full 2nd month of neglected green pool on 10th of month. His helper was hitting my gutters and soffits while sweeping pool. Skimming leaves and dropping them in backyard. [redacted] though there was a garbage can right there. Inexcusable, totally inexcusable!!! One week later with new pool company and water is blue simply from vacuum. ,
