After purchasing vehicle, customer came back in with a offer that they received in the mail from Nissan. It was for a $500 rebate from Nissan. Even though we need it at the time of sale, we still sent in the rebate information to Nissan to claim it for them. We worked diligently to get the...
rebate money from Nissan. We have already given the $500 rebate to the customer and also gave $250 additional from us for the fact they had to wait on Nissan. I spoke to the customer and she is very happy now. Thanks[redacted]

Lori in our accounting office was able to get NMAC to release it and she sent the title to him on August 10th. She tried to confirm with Mr. [redacted] that he received it but he did not respond. Maybe he will with you but she sent the title to him and tracked it as well.
