Miss S[redacted] did purchase a vehicle from Chars Cars, there was a problem with the title, and
she did purchase an additional 30 day tag. She had a lapse on her car insurance and...

reinstated
it a week after it lapsed and also the morning her vehicle was repo'd was the morning her insurance was reinstated within minutes of the repossession. At the time of repossession Ms S[redacted] was $350.00 past due she paid when she wanted to. Her account was set-up to be paid Bi-Weekly at $110.00 per payment she was due 6/29 paid 7/1 $110.00, due 7/13 paid 7/20 $70.00, due 7/27 paid 120.00 on 7/28, due 8/10 paid 8/22 $110.00, due 8/24 paid 9/16 130.00 then stated she would be back in two weeks and never showed. Ms S[redacted] states that her job changed payroll companies but yet her
last two payments that were paid were 3 weeks apart. As far as the a/c she was told we would put
a charge in the a/c if it didn't hold we would not repair at our expense.
