The clinet did in fact have an issue with his consoled loveseat. We  scheduled a pick up of the item and brought the item to our store for a inspection. The client was not charged for this. Once the item was brought to us Myself and another manager along with our service manager inspected...

the item. The loveseat was covered with dog hair. It was actually ingrained into the fabric,It also had a heay dog odor to the item. The cushions on the item were heavily depressed.
The arms were almost sunken in indicationg leaning, or sitting on the arms, The tears in the item were not straight seam seperation, but also indicated it could have easily been torn or ripped by other factors, The overal condition of the item was very poor and was showing excessive wear and tear. It was not delivered to the client in it's current condition.      I called the client to review our findings and scheduled a return of the item to the client.
