Chattaroy Post Office

Review: I ordered a pair of boots from [redacted] for my new job. I was tracking my package via [redacted]. Once my package got to Spokane, it was transfereed over to [redacted]. On Friday, November 1 at 1:55pm, it was said my package was delievered. I never recieved it. On Saturday, November 2nd I called a known person in my zip code, who in the past, has recieved my packages three other times. Upon calling this person, they had told me that they did have my package but their dog got a hold of it and chewed one of my boots up. I contacted [redacted] customer serivce, and opened a claim. I got a letter from my Post Master in Chattaroy saying they're not liable for any damges cause to my package under Federal Law. Well, they should be since I have called in the past starting in 2012 when my first item ws misdelievered. Since then my carrier should have not delievered my packages by name and should deliever by address. I want a full refund for my damaged boots from my Postal Service. I am out $40, and a new pair of boots that I never got to wear, that I bought for my new job.Desired Settlement: I want my monies refunded in full.
