Review: My sister and I heard about Chau from several women who had permanent make-up done. We both decided we wanted to do this. My sister had her eyeliner done and I had eyeliner, eyebrows, and lipliner. Each service was $250.00 which we paid in cash. ( certain she does not report this on income tax )I paid $750.00 and was thrilled with my eyeliner and eye brows. The lipliner did not take the first time so she said that her work was guaranteed and we would try again. I did just that. In 2 weeks I had no color on my lips. She insisted that she do it again! I went through the pain once more only to have no color in the next week. I called and told her I did not want to have her tattoo my lips again, and since she guaranteed her work, I would like a refund. She started yelling " No money back, no, no money back. I will do again and again" I said that she guaranteed her work so why couldn't I have my money back? She said she will do until the color is permanent! I already have scar tissue. I would like this resolved without my lips being shredded.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $250.00 that I paid, for a number of reasons. Her guarantee for her work, the pain I endured 3 separate times, and the scar tissue that remains around the outside of my mouth.
