Review: my daughter purchased a vehicle from cheap quality Auto Sales LLC for me as a gift and I took it to the shop to get a full tune up and The mechanic calls me and tells me that he cannot remove the spark plug because they were so badly worn into the engine and the head gasket on the car Are blown the mechanic stated there was so much compression in the radiator that the previous owner put head gasket sealer in a bottle in the engine to seal the head in order to sell the car to me because the seal is now coming out into the overflow I recently contacted cheap quality auto sale and they were very rude and pretty much told me there was nothing he can do take him to Revdex.com because he has other businesses this is not his only one he don't care it's just not right.Desired Settlement: I am a senior citizen and I am on a fixed income my daughter purchased this car for me so I can get to my appointment all I would like is for this car to be replaced with a car that is reliable I don't want no trouble thank you

Review: I purchased a vehicle from them October 2015. Since then I have had nothing but problems. They sold me the car illegally. They claimed it was smogged but it wasn't the check engine light came on 5 minutes after leaving the lot. It needed a catalytic converter. They went against the warranty that they wrote up by refusing to fix the vehicle. They have yet to transfer the car in my name (nearly 2 months later), they are withholding the title. They sold me the car without asking or seeing my ID or license. The purchase price was supposed to include all dmv fees and now they are saying I am responsible for that. The salesperson threatened me saying "I have your address so don't try anything funny over a f[redacted]ing car. The same salesperson admitted to "selling cars with more problems than mine and not having people complain". She insulted me multiple times and name calling "loser stay at home mom, [redacted] and calling me a "[redacted] for buying such a piece of crap". All of this was over texts and I saved every single one.Desired Settlement: Cashiers check for the purchase price of the vehicle and the repairs I paid for out of pocket during the warranty terms totalling $2,760. In exchange I will return the car. I also would like a written apology for the insults and threats.
