I don't even know where to begin to express my thanks to Tony (technician) and Jeff (owner) for what they did for me today I had an under warranty issue with my water heater that had been mishandled by many From the first phone call I was assured "not to worry", we'll take care of you That couldn't have been more true Jeff understood my frustration and concern and rose to the occasion He dispatched Tony who was polite, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful Jeff met up with him later to work out the problems with my water heater which turned out to be electrical in nature At first I thought I was looking at having to hire an electrician before my hot water problem could be resolved Jeff assured me that it was not something they couldn't handle, and did They were there when they said they would be, stayed until all the issues were resolved and reassured me the entire way When they left it was aft p.mon a Friday Two hours later I still didn't have hot water I called their office and my call was ansered by Patty (a real human being, not an answering machine/service!!!) She immediately told me to not worry, called Jeff, put us both on speaker and was told they would be back as soon as they finished the job they were on At p.mon Friday night, Jeff and Tony returned to my home and replaced the one theremostat and element that was causing the problem They couldn't do enough to make sure that I was comfortable, reassured and everything was in working order Who does that these days? Not many!! Jeff runs an honest business and he obviously cares a great deal about his employees because Tony was by his side the whole time making sure that all was taken care of I can't thank them enough for the care and attention they paid to me The best part was that he worked with me with my home warranty company so that I wasn't charged This is a company you can rely on and trust with any job Many thanks guys!

We called Lawson Family Plumbing back in November for help with the main line to our house The appointment process was simple and the person that answered the phone was friendly They arrived on time for the appointment and were able to fix our problem the same day There were techs, both were professional and helped answer all of our questions Found out the previous owner had tried to fix the line himself The line was repaired quickly and efficiently We have had no problems since I recommend Lawson Family Plumbing to all of my friends and family

Called in for a leak in my water hose spigotThe technician was very skilled, the completed work looks very nice and more importantly no more leaking along the side of our house This is my first time needing a plumber and they were the only company I called so I don’t have anything to compare their price to, but I think the price was reasonable for the work that was doneThank you!

I’ve been using Lawson Family Plumbing for years and they have never let me downRecently had Joe from Lawson over and he made quick work out of a complicated repairPrice was more than fair as alwaysEven though plumbing problems are not pleasant, Its always a pleasure to deal with themHonest and fairly priced

I hired Lawson Family Plumbing to do a sewer replacement at my homeTheir proposal came back as "Will need to dig down to old pipe and excavate trench approximately feet longRemove old sections of pipe and instalb new ABS pipeConnect to toilet and shower drainBuild new drain line for lav faucet and tie into drain lineWill need to install approximately feet of new pipe then tie it into main sewer line."
Well, they didn't remove all the old sections of pipeThey took a short cut and connected the new sewer line to an old existing shower and toilet after I told them that the shower and toilet had new plumbing put in that was tied to the old plumbing up under the house stem wallI explained to them that they would have to dig under the stem wall to connect to the newer shower and toilet plumbingI didn't watch them every step of the way (in hind sight I should have)I discovered after the job was finished that they tied into an old section of plumbing and they did not dig under the stem wallAnd the connection they made, the steel band on the coupler was not tightned at all and the cleanout cap was not glued onThey left a huge concrete section of of old sewer pipe in my yardI texted them with a picture and they didn't respondWhen I discovered that the new line was connected to an old sewer section, the coupler was not connected and the cleanout cap was not glued on, they responded to me right awayThe guy in charge of the job cam e back by himself totally unpreparedHe knew he would have to dig under the stem wall and remove some concreteThis time I stood outside and watched him the entire timeHe had a wood chisel and was trying to chip away "footer" concrete with this toolUnbeleivableHe then left for an hour or so to go rent a chipping hammerI asked him about the other connections on the job that I was concerned if one coupler was tightned , what about the other connectionsHe said that he connected the other connections himself and that his partner was working on the connection that wasn't tightnedI'm still skeptical today what type of quality is ft under ground? Their proposal said that they would dig down and remove old sections of pipe....they don't remove very muchFor the most part, they leave the old pipe in the ground and lay the new pipe next to the old pipeThe only thing they removed was a huge concrete connection that was in the way and they needed it outThis was the piece they left in my yard after they completed the job
For the kind of money a job like this costs, a person would hope that they would get top quality workmanship for what seemed to be a highly rated reputable business
I would never recommend this business to anyoneThey bid the job like they're going to do all this quality work and then they take shortcuts and do poor work
I wanted to share my story so other consumers can see this and perhaps try their luck with another companySure, they came back out, dug under the house and connected the shower and toilet plumbing to the new line thye put inTightened the coupler, glued on the cap and removed the old concrete sewer pipe from my yard.....but the job should've been done right the first time and per their proposal

I had a slow but noticeable leak in the main water service line between the city meter and my houseThe assigned plumber responded quickly and scheduled my repair service earlier than originally anticipatedI elected to have the entire line replaced so he obviously needed to dig a trench through my front yard to lay the new Wirsbo PEXThe excavation was done in the late afternoon and Jeff returned early the next morning to finish the jobAlong the way, the plumber explained what he was doingMy water supply was turned off for only hours and the plumber completed the job by returning my yard to the way it looked before he started (minus the evident water leak)The price was quite reasonable for such an extensive repairI will call on LFP for all my future plumbing needs

A year ago we bought our home and the water softener needed some repairLawson Family Plumbing was the company that the previous owners hired to do the jobThey were professional, friendly and on timeTheir Tech walked us through the functions of the water softener and helped us understand how to use it properlyI recently noticed that the softener wasn't using salt, so I called Lawson Family Plumbing to figure out the problemTurns out after a little investigating by their Tech that I had removed a plug that went to our water softenerThe Tech checked everything to make sure it was in proper working orderWhen finished, I asked him how much it would be for my stupidityHe replied with no charge, happy to have helpedI was shocked figuring there would be at least a service callLawson Family Plumbing Thank youYou have earned a return customer with a group of neighborhood friends that love and use each others recommendationsYou will be ours for all our plumbing needs

Amazing service! We had the unfortunate event of a collapsed sewer line and were scared to death of the process to get this fixedWe called several big companies that you see on TV all the time to come look at our issue, and they didn't really seem to answer our questions and concernsWe finally decided to call a smaller family owned company Kenneth with Lawson family plumbing came out addressed all of our questions and all of our concernsHe made sure we understood everything that was happening every step of the repairFrom the initial phone call to the repair to paying the bill, we knew we were in good handsWe even recieved a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied with the service!
