Chelsea Urgent Care

My husband came to this location in October 2022 to get some relief from flu like symptoms. They ended up doing an entire panel of tests that were to be sent off and would get results the next day since he tested negative on tests they gave in office. He didn't have fever that day but acquired it the next day. They gave him something for cough that barely lasted for 2 days. Called them next day to let them know he now had fever and wanted an antibiotic. We were told he would have to come back in. They billed our insurance for $1098 and then we were sent a bill for $400 for all these tests and still no antibiotics were given. While we were there, the girls working there were too busy wrapping the doctors car in saran wrap and visiting amongst themselves to deal with the actual patients. The waiting room and entire facility is Dirty and cobwebs are clearly seen everywhere. This place is a joke. If you want quality care, go elsewhere.

They won't refund our money.
My wife too my daughter to Chelsea Urgent Care on 07/07/2020 to get an X-Ray to see if her arm was broken. It of course was and as they were finishing putting her arm in a temporary cast the doctor told my wife that it would be an additional $85. She had no choice but to pay it and of course paid it. We then immediately called our insurance company and they assured us that the cost would be covered and we should demand a refund. Fast forward two weeks later and still nothing. *** (the office manager) has been telling my wife for a week that she would have the money the following day. My wife hasn't once used profanity with the office staff but now all they do is hang up on her. She then went up there and they called the police on her. The officers were on my wife's side and said that she deserves the refund. Please do not go to this establishment. The whole place is money hungry and will do anything to get it.
