I purchased windows from this outfit in the spring One of the screens had several small holes in the bottom of it which I didn't notice until after they had installed the windows and left Additionally the windows are designed with a small gap between the screen and window frame which allows flies and other insects to enter and get into the house I had told the salesman when we ordered these windows that I would be wanting to get an additional windows and a patio door later in the year I thought I would tell him about these defective windows when I called about the next purchase in August In July a lady called to inquire about the windows we had purchased earlier and to see if we were ready to purchase the other windows and door I told her about the screens and she said she would have her boss call me in the next day or so I never heard from him She called again about purchasing the windows and door in October and I told her we had purchased them from another company It is now November and I have not heard anything from them
