Review: We have had numerous problems with our total hvac system since the moment we took the keys from our builder. We took ownership of our BRAND NEW home in August of 2012. We started having problems almost immediately.

The first thing to happen was that the breaker was not sized high enough to handle the load the unit was putting on the electrical system. This caused the breaker to blow and the unit to take a back charge and ruin the compressor unit. Both the breaker and the condenser unit were replaced and everything was working properly until the ac stopped being cool.

We called the company the following summer (2013) and had them come out to service our unit. It was detected that the unit was missing Freon, so the technician refilled it and we had cool air again. This summer, we hit about mid way through and the same thing began to happen, with warm air being blown instead of conditioned air. The technician again came and filled the unit with Freon and a dye to detect any leakage. We were told that the tech would be back in about 2 weeks to see if any leaks were noted.

My wife called today to determine if the tech ever came back out to see if there were any leaks and it is becoming blatantly obvious that he did not. She was told that the tech will come out and inspect it (for a fee of course) and that remedies will be discussed upon the detection.Desired Settlement: At this point, we are very concerned that the damage that our 2 year old unit received during this whole process is irreversible. I believe our unit is constantly leaking Freon which we all know destroys our environment. Upon replacement of our entire unit, we will be finding another reputable company to take care of our hvac needs in the future.

The system that was installed for the builder was sized properly using [redacted]. The issue was the breaker that was installed by an electrical contractor hired by the Building contractor was undersized and caused the compressor to routinely trip breaker and thus shorten the life of said compressor. System ran well after this was replaced. A year an a half later it was then determined a refrigerant leak was detected at the indoor coil and was a manufacturer defect. This coil was replaced on 9.16.2014 under manufacturer warranty and which we did receive compensation for labor to replace coil from manufacturer or customer. We look forward to resolving this issue to the customers satisfaction.
