heat exhaustion and the others were over heatedFor that, I apologize but unfortunately it was out of our controlThe second part of the complained, covered the use of inappropriate language by the delivery driverI questioned that employee and he admitted to being upset about the fact that he was not receiving any tip but assured me that he did not say a word at this point but he made a comment "*** ***" when he was outside of the hospital in the parking lotHe thinks that is very likely that some of the people outside might have heard himHe was very apologetic and felt terrible that he was heard by other people, however, he has been reprimanded and his behavior will never reoccur.
