Received a phone call at 7:this am and was told the weather forecast was predicating rainI checked the Internet and told them it would be clear in my area around or this morningI suggested they wait until then but, their employee had custody of his son this weekend and didn't want to wait"He wanted to spend as much time with him as possible"The result of the conversation was, they would be here this am

Yes, ***my did come this afternoon and told us he only had enough material to install on the front of the houseHe said they would have to locate more material and when they did, the next time he was in the area he would install it
At 4:this afternoon *** left a phone message that because I did not have the old material from the back gutter area I would have to pay an additional $a foot for him to install the system on the gutter in the back of the houseAt no time was I asked to save the old materialSee attached email recap of the conversation *** and I had where he stated all work would be done under warrantyI asked for a response if I had stated anything incorrectlyHe did not respond
When my contractor went to remove the gutters from the back of the house he told me that the Gutterglove system was still in the gutter*** had not removed it when he removed the system from the frontI sent an email to *** informing him and he told me to have my contractor remove itAlso attached is Lukes' response to me and you will see he did not ask me to keep the material
When ***my was here to remove the system, I asked him to leave the old material, as *** had requested and documented in my email confirmation, *** said that all material would be replaced with "new" and there was no reason to leave it hereThis is another reason why I did not request my contractor to leave the system with me when he removed it
-On 7/*** took measurements of the areas so new material could be ordered
-On 9/*** requested a scan of the original contract in order for him to get the measurements to place an order for the new productI also told *** during that phone call that I did not have the old material that was removed by my contractor

*All work will be done under warrantyWe have the first version of the ice breaker system and it does not perform as expected because it is too narrow and that is what is causing the overflow

*** *** contacted me and said they would remove the ice breaker system on 7/They were here and did remove it He also said he would replace the entire system with a revised and improved system after the roof is replaced*** took
all the measurements while he was here and said that they would be placing the order for the new materialI am to call him when the roof is done and they will come out and install the new and improved system
