I, MUBARAK ALI PATEL together with my wife SABERA PATEL,cousin NASHIMA PATEL and sister recently went to do Umrah Pilgrmiage through CHICAGO, HAJJ & UMRAH. Chicago Hajj and Umrah provided exceptional service with booking in 5 Star Hotel in Madinah and Makkah and transportation from Madinah to Makkah and from Makkah to Jeddah. Alibhai did all our visa, travel insurance and ticketing work. Chicago Hajj and Umrah agents work at Madinah and Makkah was excellent and we were able to connect with them with an ease and they were really superb in rendering services to us and made our journey easy and memorable throughout our life. Our transportation arranged was really great and fast and we reached at various places un-tiring. Their team members at Madinah and Makkah made all our work very easy. They were available whenever we contacted them and this was really a great success for us. Our journey also included a trip to Istanbul, Turkey. Our touring Istanbul was also a great success with agent Ali Raish and his brother Rehmatbhai Khan making everything for us very very easy. Our special thanks to Rehmatbhai Khan who was always with us at Istanbul, Turkey and explained to us regarding all Islamic religious sights importance. We went to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, etc. and enjoyed touring the Instanbul with a trip on Cruise Ship twice. We also went to Prince Island. Amentities provided to us in Hotels in Madinah, Makkah and Istanful was highclass. We had good time everywhere which was not possible without help of CHICAGO HAJJ & UMRAH. Before the customer left he called Chicago Hajj and Umrah and requested to be upgraded to a star + hotel (Movenpick in Madinah city)Keep in mind that he paid for a star economy hotelChicago Hajj and Umrah upgraded his accommodation on a last minute basis from our own pocketThis explains when he arrived at his hotel he could not find his original bookingOur Saudi team informed the customer that his hotel booking has been upgraded per his requestThe customer paid for a triple occupancy room, and we upgraded him to a QUAD occupancy room without any chargesIf he is complaining about the size of the room or how dirty it is; that is not in my hands, that is the hotel's fault, he should file a complaint to the hotel for not being sanitary.We paid for a lot of things from our own pocket for this customerWe paid for him visiting historical places, we paid for his hotel upgrade and room upgradeChicago Hajj and Umrah paid an additional $his upgraded services, we have all of the receipts for thisWe are not asking the customer to pay us this amountSince the customer is demanding money from us that is fine, all we are asking is for the receiptsOnce I see it I will issue the refundIf you see the attached file, that is the customers confirmation bookingYou can see that he has paid for a star economy hotel and we upgraded him to a star + hotel (Movenpick in Madinah city) at no additional charge to the customerYou can also see that he did not pay for visiting historical places

Allah Afforded my sons and I the opportunity to make Umrah to celebrate my 50th birthdayCHUG were the people Allah directed me to for my Umrah PlanCHUG were responsive in a timely manner to making my airline and hotel reservationsThey gave me at least packages quotes for me to choose which ever fits my budgetThey also provided detail information about what the packages covered They provided me email information timely about how my processing was going and information on how to prepare for my tripI was also provided information about who to contact for assistance for ground transportation and other issues while in Medina and MakkahI was extremely satisfied with the accommodation and the ground transportation in both cities I will definitely use CHUG for future travel

Before the customer left he called Chicago Hajj and Umrah and requested to be upgraded to a 5 star + hotel (Movenpick in Madinah city). Keep in mind that he paid for a 5 star economy hotel.
