Two weeks after initial diagnostic call, the part never arrived. Chosen was unable to track part shipment or provide a clear explanation. Chosen continually blamed supplier and took no responsibility. Staff members were impatient with calls to check on order status. Without the ability to explain delays or location of the ordered part the receptionist stated, "Our owner says go with another company."
