We had to put our pet/family member to sleep have been treated very poorly by this Vet's Vet tech named "***." Very rude things such as when inquiring about our pet's ashes when they would be available we were informed that he was still at the vet in the fridge after he had been put down a week prior....then asking when would we get him back as we were going on vacation we were told that "It's not like he is going anywhere that he would be there when we get back and they would call us when he came in....it has now been weeks and we have not gotten his ashes back and we were told this time his remains werent there that as he had told us before he would call us when they came inBeing this was a family member to us for 1/years we feel very disrespected by the tastless use of words and how this vet tech speaks to customers/clients during a very difficult time
THIS IS THE WORST VETERINARY HOSPITAL YOU CAN EVER TAKE YOUR PETS TOTHESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT YOUR PET! THEY CARE FOR IS A PAYCHECK! I TOOK MY MONTH PUPPY HERE TO BE CURED FROM PARVOVIRUS, THEY SAID THE BEST OPTION WAS TO LEAVE HIM THERE FOR DAYS SO THEY CAN WATCH HIM AND TAKE CARE OF HIM AND TREAT HIMIN TOTAL WE PAID $1,FOR TEST AND TO CURE FOR PARVOVIRUSWE LEFT HIM THERE ON A SATURDAY AND PICKED HIM UP ON A TODAY IN THE AFTERNOONWHEN WE GOT HOME WE NOTICE THIS BAD ODOR AND NOTICE HE KEPT LICKING HIS TESTICLESWHEN WE CHECKED HIM ALL AROUND HIS ANUS WAS MATTED AND COVERED IN FECES AS IF THEY NEVER BOTHERED TO CLEAN HIMMY DOG HAS WHITE AMD BALCK HAIR ALL OF HIS WHITE HAIR WAS YELLOW AND SMELLED SO BAD! THEN WE NOTICE HIS TESTICLES LOOKED AS IF THEY WERE BURNTTHERE OPEN WOUNDS WHERE FECES WAS ENTERING ON HIS TESTICLES BLISTERS AND BLOOD COVERING ALL OVER HIS TESTICLESI CALLED THE VET AND TOLD THEM AND EXPLAINEDHIS RESPONSE WAS THAT HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY DOG AND THAT THATS NOT HOW THEY TAKE CARE OF DOGS AND IF THAT WE CAN BRING HIM TOMORROW MORNING NO CHARGE! I MEAN FOR $1,DOES IT HURT TO WASH MY DOG AND CLEAN UP AFTER HIM ISNT THAT WHY HES THERE FOR YOU TO TAKE CARE OF HIM AND WATCH HIM? HE SAID THEY WASHED MY DOG EVERY MORNING YET WHEN WE PICKED HIM UP HE WAS IN A HORRIBLE CONDITIONTHEY TRY TO MANIPULATE YOU AND MAKE SOME EXCUSE TO BLAME THE DOG IVE READ BAD REVIEWS ABOUT THIS PLACE WITH THE SAME ISSUESI ALSO TOOK PICTURES OF MY PETS RIGHT AFTER WE LEFT THE HOSPITAL
