The company has not resolved the issue. The technician never once touched my machine or even looked at it. He only stood next to it when he gave me the bogus estimate as I have stated several times. Therefore the company cannot charge a trip charge for no estimate being given legitimately. They originally tried to say that there would be an additional trip charge on top of the charges for the repair if it had been done. now they are once again changing the story. I do not accept this response and this issue is NOT resolved. Your website was unable to take my response so I am responding this way in your email.
