I went into this store multiple times, and asked for help, and received no help from the owners or the employees. Due to its large Caribbean atmosphere no one complains about the stores neglectful attitude. People continue to spend here because they do not want any problems and the employees keep their mouths shut due to deportation. Today was the last straw or me. Myself and an older female (she may have been in her 90's) asked the owner if he could reach for an orange due to our height restrictions and he told us no. I ask why and he said you need to grow. I thought that he was joking at first but he said it again and got visibly mad at us. I went inside to speak to someone else (older guy that stands on a higher platform near the door) and he then told me to get out his face he will not help. This business is in a community that is getting more gentrified and the amount of rudeness cant be explained since we the community are keeping them in business. I feel that they need etiquette training. People dont complain, so wee see no change.

Review: I bought a phone card at the fruit stand, when I used the card a recording came in and said the pin number is not valid. I called the customer service number for the card company on the card they asked me for the pin number after they verify the number I was told the pin number was expired and I should return the card to the store for a replacement which I did with my receipt. I was told by the store manager that they are not responsible. They are selling expired product so they should be responsible.Desired Settlement: I should get a refund or replacement because they are selling expired product
