Ci-Ci's Pizza

Review: I approached the manager by the name of Will and proceeded to ask him why there was not a selection of pizza as they always have at other locations and he looked me in the face and said "I don't have time to talk to you. I just had someone else call out." I told him that that doesn't concern me and I don't appreciate him being rude. He said "then next time make your own pizza at home" and I about came over that counter to teach him some manners. After that he proceeded to run his fingers through his greasy hair and picked up a fresh pizza from behind the counter and set it in the serving area. I then told him I wanted a full refund in which I did receive while he mumbled under his breath. But I guess that's why he's a manager at cicis at his age lol. I will not ever go back to any cicis pizza again thanks to this fool. I understand is difficult to make things happen when short staffed but that's no reason to take it out on a paying customer. I can't sayi blame the employees who called out of this is how he talks to customers is hate to see how he treats employees. I'm a lineman for a well known power provider and we are short on staff during emergency power outages bit we still get the pear back on. I mean come on, you're just making pizza lol. Get it together son! Son=willDesired Settlement: Will needs to lose his job if that is how he acts as a "professional".
