C.I. Nashville, Inc.

I went to the Club Hotel Nashville Inn & Suiteson September 2, 2013 at 2:15 p.m. to check with reservations Imade 10 days prior. The girl at the desk asked mefor acredit card. I gave herthreedifferent ones which didn't work. I told her I had a thousand dollars in my hand could she take cash as there must be a glitch somehwere. She said she couldn't. I asked her could I talk to the manager. She saidno. The I asked hercould she possibly call him. She again said no. I told her that I had travelled overe 250 miles and was extremely tired. The she told meI could 4 miles down the streeet and get a prepaid visa debit card. Then she said that I could go somewhere else and cancel my reservations. I thought this was very rude and asked her what the manager's names was. She said it was [redacted]. I also asked her what her had named was. She said it was [redacted]. I came back from Walgreens Drug Store and decided I would talk to the manager on tomorrow, 9-3-2013.9-3-2013 I cameback from breakfast and asked the gentleman at the front desk if I could talk to the manager. He went right pass me as if I wasn't standing there. Then he came out with an attitude. I told him how [redacted] had treated me on yesterday and he said he didn't see what had had done wrong and why did I bother even staying. I told him that I felt like I was mis treated and abused! He could care less and told me that I was talking to him awful. So I asked him did he condone how she did me. He could care less and then called the cops on me and told me to vacate his premises. The cops came and I was escorted to the front desk to try to receive my refund. They told me that they just took one night off my $[redacted] visa card. But when I got to another motel, LeQuinta Inn it would not take my card by saying insufficient funds. I had to getsomeonetoloan metheir credit card so I could finish my stay here in Nashville. I have never been mistreated like an animal before in my life! Now my money is tied up due to them keeping.
