Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.In response to [redacted] stating I did not respond after receiving the $check, is a lie I called several times and reminded him of agreeing to % refund of the $for Air/Heat pump installation He told me in January that he was having a meeting in the afternoon to discuss the matter and would call me back He did not ever call me back I would not recommend this company to friends, coworkers, or neighbors where I live All he had to do was abide to his agreement and send me the $that he agreed to pay There were many damages: holes in the wall, flooding and emergency day from work, broken glass and ruined painting, just to mention the major issues I am so disgusted with the owner who states he cares about his reputation Regards, [redacted]

Attached is a copy of the letter we sent to Ms*** on December 4, apologizing for her inconvenience and accepting responsibility for the disruption she felt was caused to her by Action Air. Since we did not receive a response from Ms***, we firmly believed
that she was satisfied with our apology, $500 refund and considered the matter closed. The initial intent of sending Ms*** $was for her inconvenience of having to clean up her home and any associated damages. Our goal is to satisfy our customer and we sincerely apologize for her inconvenience. We would love to offer Ms*** an extension of her maintenance agreement, extending it to 10/15/16 to maintain the efficiency and performance of her equipment

">Below are the notes I received from the Service Manager with respect to Mr***’s complaint
We will be happy to refund Mr***s for his last visit on 6/7/in the amount of $190. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse Mr***s for *** ***’s invoice since the cause of the issue is/ was from the manufacturer, ***, and not Action Air
Action Air’s technician performed a diagnostic and documented a faulty board. Technician returned and replaced the faulty board at a later date and ran tests showing operation of the equipment Approximately two weeks later Mr***s contacted our Service Department that his system was not working. Our technician noted a manufacturer (***) error code to reset power It was noted that the heat wave and rural location of the home could have been the factor for interrupted power to the home causing his system not to work

Our experience with this company and it's product could not have been more positive.
Everybody that we dealt with was efficient, polite, invariably punctual and respectful of both ourselves and our property.
In addition, when I had cause to contact the Lennox customer service regarding the extended warranty, I spoke with possibly the most friendly and helpful agent that I have ever encountered at a "Customer Service" department.
We would not hesitate to recommend both Action Air and their products.
