Review: I bought two tubes of [redacted] on Dec.9,2013 for a Christmas present. When I arrived home I noticed that one was out of date by one month sell by date Nov.10, 2013 and the other had a sell by date of Dec. 15, 2013. This was clearly printed below the Guaranteed Fresh stamp. I immediately returned to the store and asked to exchange my out of date product. They did not have any more in the store so I asked for a refund since they were unable to provide me fresh product. I was told it was store policy that they do not give refunds. So, I am stuck with $25 worth of out of date product.Desired Settlement: Refund
