Circle K Exxon

Review: On Thursday, March 20th at 6:15 pm I arrived at the Circle-K Exxon to fill up a loaned vehicle in which to pick up my personal car at Hood Chevrolet dealership down on the service road which was there for the last 4 days for factory warranty repairs. I purchased $31.50 in gas, of which only $15.69 was taken. The refund was supposed to be $15.81, in which [redacted] the cashier told me it would be put back on my bank card automatically. Eight days later this still did not happen. I returned to the store on Friday March 28th and [redacted] told me I had to speak to [redacted] the manager during the day about the problem. I had called earlier in the week and I was told that I had to wait a week or more for the refund to be processed. Since it wasn't worth my while to drive 20 miles each way and take time off from work to speak to [redacted] in person I filed a regulation-E form with my bank, FirstNBC. I will be contacting my bank on Monday April 8th for a disposition.Here it is, April 5th and still no refund.Desired Settlement: If an electronic refund isn't available I would appreciate a paper check mailed out to my physical address at [redacted] since it is not feasible for me to take time off from work and drive 20 miles out of my way for $15.81. I will leave this complaint unresolved until I either receive the check in the mail and it clears the bank, or the Regulation-E credit posts.

At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding Circle K Exxon has been resolved.

I had my bank issue a Regulation-E form and I was able to obtain a refund for the amount in question. For $15.81 it wasn't worth my while to drive 40+ miles out of my way to go down there. Talking to them on the phone did not bring about a solution so I allowed my bank to handle it.
