Dear Revdex.com of Delaware, We have responsibility to explain the confusion of this customer. He stated that we still offer the old plans(basic plan: free quick-ship services, plus plan:log in system with a monthly fee.) But the truth is that we have already changed our plan and interface of our website in January due to the needs of business optimization and adjustment. Now the basic plan is $9.99 monthly fee and plus plan is $39.99 per month. However these plans we offer now is still in design now which saying Talk to Our Expert. In other word the customer needs to talk to us first to make application for signing up. The attached is our screenshot from our website FYI. We are sorry for any inconvenience that brought to our customer and we are happy to answer any question the customer asked. We used to offer the basic plan so called quick ship service to our clients, which is free. And we also offer the plus plan (membership to log in our system). However...

the client needs to pay monthly fee to use this kind of service, by the way we offer 14 trial days for this service to let the customer enjoy the great experience freely. Using this service, the client did not need to log in system. I think the customer get confused by those two services. When the 14 trial days are expired, the client can not log in system to enjoy plus plan, unless he pays the monthly fee.For basic plan, so called the quick ship services, this function is to allow the customer quickly print labels, but the client can not enjoy good discounts. Since our adjustment of policy, the quick ship service was closed in Jan. However we have sent emails to our clients automatically for that notice. So we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that brought to customers for not using our quick ship services. The functions and advertising of basic plan were already closed since Jan. If you have any question, please feel free to contact us. Thank you very much.
