In regards to this said customer
He refused to exchange either the memory upgrade or the other parts of the sale
He was determined only to get A full refund
Our offer still stands to exchange any merchandises or store credit
Just to inform the customer was given all ( OEM) original equipment merchandise at the said manufactures suggested retail list price

That's simply a lieAn exchange for the camera and camera bag were never offered, only an exchange for the mb chip for a mb, which as stated earlier, he was offering to exchange a chip that normally costs $for one that normally costs $8, and we were charged $15, that's saying nothing about the $camera which had a price tag of $on it but normally retails for $300!!

First, they never offered any exchange whatsoever, the ONLY thing offered was to give me a 16 gb chip in place of the 8 gb chip that was given in the initial sale, which after looking at sites such as [redacted], he was offering to give us a chip that retails for $8 instead of $5, and in which he charged us $15!
the camera purchased retails at $300 in most electronic department stores. They had a sales tag on it with a price if $800!!  Everyone should just stay away from this place. When a store wi t give a refund within 30 minutes of purchase it's obvious that they're crooks.

Review: The salesperson misrepresented the market sales price of the items purchased. When we discovered this, within an hour after the purchase was made, we returned to the store to attempt to get a refund and they denied refunding any monies.Desired Settlement: Refund of our cash and a return of merchandise.

That's simply a lie. An exchange for the camera and camera bag were never offered, only an exchange for the 6 mb chip for a 16 mb, which as stated earlier, he was offering to exchange a chip that normally costs $5 for one that normally costs $8, and we were charged $15, that's saying nothing about the $400 camera which had a price tag of $800 on it but normally retails for $300!!
