We used C Martin Trucking for almost years We decided to choose another company as the new company has recycling bins We have the contract C Martin Trucking gave us when we signed on for rubbish removal C Martin trucking is harassing us for a $fee that nowhere in our contract does it state they will bill us when we return our trash cans We have pictures of our trash cans and they, after years have minimal wear Had it stated in our contract, we would not have had a problem paying this fee- but it does not state this anywhere on the contract If it is not in the contract, its a non existent fee C Martin trucking continually harasses me and we refuse to pay this "fee" Tricia continues to state" Its our policy- this fee stays on your account" If it is C Martin Truckings "Policy" it should be in the contract!!!

I had C Martin Trucking for years/ When I called to cancel the service, I was told I had to give them a day notice in writing and that is exactly what I didMy bill was paid and I thought that was the last I would hear from themThey never took the trash can on the last pick up and the service was done in October I got a call today 1/18/saying that I still owed a $70+ bill to cancel the service plus the restocking fee of $I sent the cancel service letter in August of 2016.She said they had a customer service person call me months ago to make sure I wanted to cancel the service, well yea, that IS why I sent the letter in the first placeThey were constantly forgetting to pick up or missing our garbage that was right on the curb just like everyone else's on the streetThey would make us wait another week for them to pick it up, weeks of garbage doesn't fit in their trash canThey didn't care about anything unless it was about money So after not having their service now for months, they want more moneyUnbelievable!! Terrible service, terrible Customer Service and threatening tactics! If you have a choice, please do not use C Martin Trucking! You will get ripped off The bill was paid in full when I sent the letter and it should have taken us up to the termination dateRip off! I will also be sending a letter to the Attorney General!

Horrible customer service!!!! We have had years of service with this company and after being told repeatedly that recycling is coming I tried to cancelThey require all cancellations to be in writing more than days in advance but not to far in advanceWhat's to far in advance they can't answerOf course you are also not told this when agreeing to get service from them

I cancelled residential trash service with CMartin Trucking on June 30, and was current in my payments to them at that time In September I received an invoice for $which they claimed via phone was a "Cart Restocking Fee" This fee was never disclosed before, during, or at the time of cancellation of the service It appears they simply made it up after the fact This fee is not listed or included on any written document, agreement, policy, or instruction, that I have ever received from them nor is it listed on their website as of today, October 12, They never disclosed this when speaking with them either, however, they claim that a customer service rep stated this to me in a conversation of undisclosed date Even assuming they verbally notified of such a fee, it was not included in any agreement or document at any time and I contend the fee and invoice is invalid They claim it is "company policy" and that I was informed by a customer service rep by phone as

Yesterday when I got home from work I noticed my trash can was missingI called the company to see if they had pick it up for some reason and Brittany stated they did notYesterday the wind was very high up to miles an hour so I walked up and down both sides of the street to see if I could locate it, I was unable to find itI was told I would receive a call this morning to see what could be doneI ended up calling them and the manager I want to say her name is Denise stated I would be responsible to pay $to replace the canMy contract clearly states I would be responsible if I neglected the canI can not control what happens to the can when I leave for work at 6am the trash is not even picked up till after 8am

We have had our trash picked up by this company for a number of years; we are snowbirds and each winter we call when we know we're about to leave so that they can freeze our service until we call again with a resumption of services date They have always applied any balance we pre-paid to the time we resume services, leading us to believe there was fluidity indeed with their billing program

I wish I had done a Revdex.com review before signing a contract with this company My second mistake was assuming they were a reputable company and not completely reading the contract before signing They delivered a nasty smelling trash bin to my house, so bad I couldn't put it in my garage When I requested a replacement, the request was ignored and, then, they lied to me about replacing it I had to pay an $cancellation fee to get rid of the trash bin and the company You have a choice in this area--CMartin Trucking should not be the choice

After 30+ years with Martin trucking ,I wanted to change my pick up from weekly to biweeklyThey said noSo I canceled my pick up at the end of JUNE and had prepaid for JULYI want my approx$dollars refundedI have called numerous time and left messages with the supervisor and owner including voice mail .There has been NO response what so everIt has been over weeks nowIt is a small amount of money but I don't want it stolen!
